The Ally Team was founded by Leslie Kee after years spent inside growing organizations, watching the same pattern repeat: a founder or small leadership team doing the job of five people, with no time left to build the systems that would actually let the business scale.
Fractional support closes that gap — at whatever altitude you need it. Sometimes that's hands-on help clearing the administrative backlog. Sometimes it's senior-level operations, people, or strategic leadership scoped to exactly what your business needs right now. Often it's both, at different points in the same relationship.

Leslie Kee
Founder & Fractional Executive
Leslie brings over 15 years of experience across a wide range of industries, building the processes, automations, and project systems that keep growing businesses moving. Working closely with small business owners — including several she helped start from the ground up — she kept running into the same problem: real executive-level support was priced for teams that could already afford a full-time hire, leaving everyone else to figure it out alone. She founded The Ally Team to close that gap, helping small businesses implement the processes and automations that let owners and leaders scale their business without staying buried in the tedious work of running it — so they can take back their time and actually lead.

The team behind The Ally Team brings more than three decades of combined experience in administrative, operational, and organizational leadership. That experience spans a wide range of industries and business types — professional services, real estate, nonprofits, property management, and plenty of others in between. What ties it together isn't a specific sector, it's a consistent way of working: practical systems, clear communication, and follow-through that holds up no matter what the business does.
